Testliner & Fluting Paper – High-Performance Packaging Grades

Our Testliner and Fluting papers are premium recycled packaging materials designed for the production of corrugated cardboard, offering excellent strength, durability, and printability for a wide range of industrial applications.

Testliner Paper

Testliner is a high-strength recycled linerboard used as the outer and inner layers of corrugated boxes.

It delivers superior bursting strength, smooth surface quality, and consistent color, making it ideal for printing, branding, and heavy-duty packaging.

Specifications:

  • Grades: Testliner 1, Testliner 2, Testliner 3

  • Substance (GSM): 90–250 gsm

  • Material: 100% recycled fibers

  • Color: Brown / White-top

  • Strength: High ring crush and burst resistance

  • Applications: Carton manufacturing, industrial packaging, food packaging, e-commerce boxes

Packaging:

  • Supplied in rolls (custom widths available)

  • Stretch-wrapped with moisture protection

  • Standard 1,000–1,500 kg rolls; customized roll diameter on request

Fluting Paper

Fluting (Corrugating Medium) is engineered to create the middle fluted layer of corrugated boards, ensuring excellent cushioning, rigidity, and shock absorption.

Specifications:

  • Grades: Semi-chemical Fluting, Wellenstoff

  • Substance (GSM): 70–180 gsm

  • Material: Recycled fiber / semi-chemical pulp

  • Strength: High CMT (Concora Medium Test) values

  • Applications: Corrugated board production, box manufacturing, protective packaging

Packaging:

  • Delivered in rolls or sheets

  • Heat-sealed and stretch-wrapped

  • Palletized for safe loading and transport
